Cooper and Co ships via USPS first class and priority mail. We make every attempt to get your order out within two business days of payment. You can estimate USPS delivery in 3-5 days. You will receive tracking via email as well.

Shipping at Cooper and Co is always a flat $4!

{LOCAL PICKUP}
If you are local to Russiaville, you are more than welcome to pickup your package at our storefront. Please choose local pickup when checking out, and you'll receive an email once your order is ready.

{RETURNS AND EXCHANGES}

Due to to the special occasion nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges at Cooper and Co Formal {special occasion dresses, jewelry, or accessories}

WHILE WE DO OFFER A DRESS REGISTRY SERVICE FOR PROM AS A COURTESY TO OUR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXCLUSIVITY OF YOUR DRESS. THERE ARE SO MANY FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL (BORROWING OF DRESSES, WEARING DRESSES TO EVENTS THEY DIDN'T INFORM US OF, PURCHASING GOWNS FROM OTHER STORES, ETC.)

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT COOPER AND CO ON FORMALWEAR PURCHASED IN STORE OR ONLINE FOR ANY REASON

All returns or exchanges of boutique clothing must be initiated within seven days of receiving your package. Items must be unused with tags still attached. Customer pays return shipping on all exchanged or returns. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me and I'll make it right!

ANY ITEM BELOW REGULAR RETAIL PRICE {CLEARANCE, SALE, SAMPLES, OR OTHER DISCOUNT} ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

{PAYMENT}
Invoices are sent to the email address you provide. Any invoice not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled and items will be returned to stock.

{PRE ORDERS}
On the rare occasion that Cooper and Co utilize pre orders, please note that these orders are not placed until your item or items are paid for and the pre sale closes. These items are NOT in stock and can take anywhere from one to three weeks to arrive but shipping estimates are NOT guaranteed on pre orders. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your pre order status, feel free to contact us.
